Bug in awscli-1.11.0-1.el7

After an upgrade to the current EPEL awcli, a system I'm working on broke. There's a bug with downloading empty files that's been fixed in 1.11.1. We verified that upgrading to awscli-1.11.2-1.el7 fixes the problem.

Hi I have sent this to the packager to look at. In general, the best
way to get these sorts of issues dealt with is by filing a bug as I
may or may not get to this.
