It was pointed out in IRC that the list of packages at https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/EPEL/epel7/Requests was getting rather long. The problem currently is that we have moved to a package database and the existing scripts are needing to be ported to the new API. This is taking some time but once it is done then the packages will flow again.
