Notice that you can push from needsign to stable directly when you really want to,
PushPackage.py --stable EPEL 5 phpMyAdmin
using a Python regexp instead of a package srpm name if needed. The next "epel-push all" (or "epel-push 5" or whatever you call it) with or without option -c (as in "continue") does the remaining repobuild stuff.
