I ran repoclosure between the base CentOS release and EPEL-5 for i386 and x86_64. The following packages are listed as having broken dependencies. I figure I would get this ready for Fridays meeting.

Methodology: sync centos and epel locally so I can compare quickly. use the command
repoclosure -r centos -r epelx -r centupd --repofrompath=centos,/srv/mirrors/centos/5/os/i386 --repofrompath=centupd,/srv/mirrors/centos/5/os/i386 --repofrompath=epelx,/srv/mirrors/epel/5/i386
I have included the full report in case there are problems in how I did things that I need to clean up.

This one is arguably a false-positive, rhel5 x86_64 fails to multilib libpython properly (ie, there is no python-libs.i686 in x86_64 repo)
package: 2:koffice-kivio-1.6.3-25.20090306svn.el5.i386 from epelx unresolved deps: libpython2.4.so.1.0

Repoclosure seems to read in only metadata, therefore syncing might not be needed.
repoclosure -r centos -r epelx -r centupd --repofrompath=centos,/srv/mirrors/centos/5/os/i386 --repofrompath=centupd,/srv/mirrors/centos/5/os/i386 --repofrompath=epelx,/srv/mirrors/epel/5/i386
The centos path is used twice, but one should probably be the updates repo.
