Building new packages for EPEL 10 post branch

If I am building a new package for EPEL 10, and want it to be available for
AlmaLinux 10.0 on, what is the simplest way to do that?

Request the epel10.0 branch, merge the epel10 branch into it, and build it.

Basically, just like how new packages go into rawhide and merge down
into Fedora release branches.
