[RFC] job description

This is content that can be used (modified) to fit into a job
description.

Is it complete?  Clear?  Too much?  Too little?

The idea is to allow an organization to maintain packages as part of the
community, without worrying that someone is going to leave a specific
job and not maintain the package any longer.  

Just like a job description might include which systems and services the
job role supports, it can also include community package maintenance.

We'd like to ratify this job description so we can suggest it to people.

We may want to say or Red Hat derrived build.  Ubuntu Server and such
won't quite work with EPEL.  I am not sure how than can be worded

Well, the wording I originally wrote assumes knowledge of the relation
between RHEL and derivative/repackaging distributions.  Obviously a bad
assumption, feel free to correct it and move on.  There really isn't a
concern about safe wording.  If you think it matters, include that there
is not requirement to support non-RHEL-based distros (such as Debian
derivatives, Gentoo derivatives, etc.)

"Red Hat Enterprise Linux and compatible derivatives"
