Hello, I've installed package heartbeat-stonith-2.1.4-9.el5.i386 and it is missing the stonith module bladehpi.so, included in the official stable release of v2.1.4 of heartbeat. Ii should be in directory /usr/lib/stonith/plugins/stonith2/. Is there a reason of this? Thanks in advance,
Pierre

This would be a better thing to file a bug on than ask here. ;)
However, it seems that plugin needs openhpi, and that was not available when it was packaged, so it needs to grow a dep on that and it should build that plugin. ;)
Since I am the heartbeat maintainer I will see about making those changes. Feel free to file a bug on it though in case I don't get to it right away.

Nevermind about filing a bug... went and made a new build while I was thinking about it.
Can you try:
https://admin.fedoraproject.org/updates/heartbeat-2.1.4-10.el5
And provide positive karma if it works for you?
kevin
Thanks a lot! I'll test these packages on monday.

Hello, It's working. i've updated all the packages and now I have bladehip.so. During the update, I had to perform a rpm -Uvh --nodeps on package heartbeat-2.1.4-10.el5 because it was in a dependancy loop with package heartbeat-gui-2.1.4-10.el5.
Only point is: when I launch command: stonith -t bladehpi -p "{SYSTEM_CHASSIS,1}" -l
I get the list of the blades hosted in the blade center and then a beautiful seg fault. But i'm don't think it is linked. Unfortunatly, I could not find any log.
Thanks a lot for this build.

You could update the gui package at the same time and it should work.

If you can install the debuginfo and run it under gdb to get a backtrace that would be helpfull. If you can, please file a bug on it.
Thanks a lot for this build.
no problem.
