Name : gsi-openssh
Product : Fedora EPEL 6
Version : 5.3p1
Release : 7.el6
URL : http://www.openssh.com/portable.html
Summary : An implementation of the SSH protocol with GSI authentication
Description :
SSH (Secure SHell) is a program for logging into and executing
commands on a remote machine. SSH is intended to replace rlogin and
rsh, and to provide secure encrypted communications between two
untrusted hosts over an insecure network. X11 connections and
arbitrary TCP/IP ports can also be forwarded over the secure channel.
OpenSSH is OpenBSD's version of the last free version of SSH, bringing
it up to date in terms of security and features.
This version of OpenSSH has been modified to support GSI authentication.
This package includes the core files necessary for both the gsissh
client and server. To make this package useful, you should also
install gsi-openssh-clients, gsi-openssh-server, or both.

Name : ghc-hashtables
Product : Fedora EPEL 6
Version : 1.0.1.6
Release : 4.el6
URL : http://hackage.haskell.org/package/hashtables
Summary : Mutable hash tables in the ST monad
Description :
This package provides a couple of different implementations of mutable
hash tables in the ST monad, as well as a typeclass abstracting their
common operations, and a set of wrappers to use the hash tables in the
IO monad.
This package currently contains three hash table implementations:
1. Data.HashTable.ST.Basic contains a basic open-addressing hash table
using linear probing as the collision strategy.
2. Data.HashTable.ST.Cuckoo contains an implementation of "cuckoo hashing"
which has worst-case O(1) lookups and can reach a high "load factor".
3. Data.HashTable.ST.Linear contains a linear hash table, which trades
some insert and lookup performance for higher space efficiency and
much shorter delays when expanding the table.

Description :
stompclt is a versatile tool to interact with messaging brokers speaking
STOMP and/or message queues (see Messaging::Message::Queue) on disk.

Name : R-qtl
Product : Fedora EPEL 6
Version : 1.26.14
Release : 1.el6
URL : http://www.rqtl.org/
Summary : Tools for analyzing QTL experiments
Description :
R-qtl is an extensible, interactive environment for mapping
quantitative trait loci (QTLs) in experimental crosses. Our goal is to
make complex QTL mapping methods widely accessible and allow users to
focus on modeling rather than computing.
A key component of computational methods for QTL mapping is the hidden
Markov model (HMM) technology for dealing with missing genotype
data. We have implemented the main HMM algorithms, with allowance for
the presence of genotyping errors, for backcrosses, intercrosses, and
phase-known four-way crosses.
The current version of R-qtl includes facilities for estimating
genetic maps, identifying genotyping errors, and performing single-QTL
genome scans and two-QTL, two-dimensional genome scans, by interval
mapping (with the EM algorithm), Haley-Knott regression, and multiple
imputation. All of this may be done in the presence of covariates
(such as sex, age or treatment). One may also fit higher-order QTL
models by multiple imputation and Haley-Knott regression.

Name : cabal-dev
Product : Fedora EPEL 6
Version : 0.9.1
Release : 1.el6
URL : http://hackage.haskell.org/package/cabal-dev
Summary : Haskell package sandboxing development tool
Description :
cabal-dev is a tool for managing development builds of Haskell projects.
It supports maintaining sandboxed cabal-install repositories,
and sandboxed ghc package databases.
By default, it uses a cabal-dev directory under the current working directory
as the sandbox.
For most packages, just use cabal-dev instead of cabal, and you will get
a sandboxed build that will not install anything (even automatically installed
dependencies) into the user or global ghc package databases.
If your build depends on patched or unreleased libraries, you can add them to
your sandboxed build environment.
