Name : github2fedmsg
Product : Fedora EPEL 6
Version : 0.3.1
Release : 2.el6
URL : http://pypi.python.org/pypi/github2fedmsg
Summary : Pubsubhubbub app that rebroadcasts GH events over fedmsg
Description :
It is a web application that monitors GitHub repositories you subscribe it to.
When new actions (commits, pull-request, tickets) are made, it broadcasts a
message on the fedmsg message bus.
It is written in Python on the Pyramid framework, and uses velruse to talk with
GitHub. It adds a webhook callback back to itself on repositories you ask it
to monitor. When one of those callbacks fire, github2fedmsg republishes the
message it receives to the fedmsg bus.

Description :
In grid computing, and whenever the access to resources may be controlled
by parties external to the resource provider, users may be grouped to
Virtual Organizations (VOs). This package provides a VO Membership Service

groups, roles and capabilities.
This package offers libraries that applications using the VOMS functionality
will bind to.

Fedora EPEL 5 Update: R-qtl-1.32.10-3.el5
by updates@fedoraproject.org
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Fedora EPEL Update Notification
FEDORA-EPEL-2014-1794
2014-07-01 16:28:23
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Name : R-qtl
Product : Fedora EPEL 5
Version : 1.32.10
Release : 3.el5
URL : http://www.rqtl.org/
Summary : Tools for analyzing QTL experiments
Description :
R-qtl is an extensible, interactive environment for mapping
quantitative trait loci (QTLs) in experimental crosses. Our goal is to
make complex QTL mapping methods widely accessible and allow users to
focus on modeling rather than computing.
A key component of computational methods for QTL mapping is the hidden
Markov model (HMM) technology for dealing with missing genotype
data. We have implemented the main HMM algorithms, with allowance for
the presence of genotyping errors, for backcrosses, intercrosses, and
phase-known four-way crosses.
The current version of R-qtl includes facilities for estimating
genetic maps, identifying genotyping errors, and performing single-QTL
genome scans and two-QTL, two-dimensional genome scans, by interval
mapping (with the EM algorithm), Haley-Knott regression, and multiple
imputation. All of this may be done in the presence of covariates
(such as sex, age or treatment). One may also fit higher-order QTL
models by multiple imputation and Haley-Knott regression.

Update Information:
- run tests also on secondary arches
Version 1.32, 2014-05-28:
Major changes:
* None.
Minor changes:
* fitqtl with model="normal" now returns residuals as an attribute.
* Added an additional argument to plot.scanone, bgrect, for making the background of the plotting region a different color.
* Revised cleanGeno to work with any cross having two possible genotypes (i.e., not just bc but also riself, risib, dh, haploid).
* Revised summary.cross so that overall genotype frequencies are given separately for autosomes and the X chromosome.
* Fixed typo in a warning in add.threshold.
* Fixed a bug in reduce2grid, regarding format of attributes
* Fixed a bug in MQM: in some circumstances, the last marker was always included as cofactor; other cleanup in MQM code.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Name : etckeeper
Product : Fedora EPEL 6
Version : 1.12
Release : 1.el6
URL : http://kitenet.net/~joey/code/etckeeper/
Summary : Store /etc in a SCM system (git, mercurial, bzr or darcs)
Description :
The etckeeper program is a tool to let /etc be stored in a git,
mercurial, bzr or darcs repository. It hooks into yum to automatically
commit changes made to /etc during package upgrades. It tracks file
metadata that version control systems do not normally support, but that
is important for /etc, such as the permissions of /etc/shadow. It's
quite modular and configurable, while also being simple to use if you
understand the basics of working with version control.
The default backend is git, if want to use a another backend please
install the appropriate tool (mercurial, darcs or bzr).
To use bzr as backend, please also install the etckeeper-bzr package.
To start using the package please read /usr/share/doc/etckeeper-1.12/README.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Update Information:
Update to the latest stable version. From the upstream changelog:
* Portability fixes. Thanks, Harald Dunkel.
* Add support for pushing to multiple remote repositories. Thanks, Rouben.
* Fix handling of git ignores like dir/*. Thanks, Pim van den Berg.
