Name : R
Product : Fedora EPEL 5
Version : 3.3.1
Release : 1.el5
URL : http://www.r-project.org
Summary : A language for data analysis and graphics
Description :
This is a metapackage that provides both core R userspace and
all R development components.
R is a language and environment for statistical computing and graphics.
R is similar to the award-winning S system, which was developed at
Bell Laboratories by John Chambers et al. It provides a wide
variety of statistical and graphical techniques (linear and
nonlinear modelling, statistical tests, time series analysis,
classification, clustering, ...).
R is designed as a true computer language with control-flow
constructions for iteration and alternation, and it allows users to
add additional functionality by defining new functions. For
computationally intensive tasks, C, C++ and Fortran code can be linked
and called at run time.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Name : nordugrid-arc
Product : Fedora EPEL 5
Version : 5.1.2
Release : 1.el5
URL : http://www.nordugrid.org/
Summary : Advanced Resource Connector Grid Middleware
Description :
NorduGrid is a collaboration aiming at development, maintenance and
support of the free Grid middleware, known as the Advanced Resource
Connector (ARC).
The Advanced Resource Connector (ARC) brings computing resources
together across institutional boundaries. This concept is commonly
referred to as a "computational grid". Historically, grids address the
organization of distributed storage of data and parallel computation,
but could be expanded to arbitrary services.
Just like the web, ARC has its roots in the IT infrastructure that was
erected to analyze the experiments for high energy physics at CERN.
The first release, ARC-0.x, was dependent on Globus, the current
release keeps that compatibility but can also be used independently.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Name : trojita
Product : Fedora EPEL 7
Version : 0.7
Release : 4.el7
URL : http://trojita.flaska.net
Summary : IMAP e-mail client
Description :
Trojit is a IMAP e-mail client which:
* Enables you to access your mail anytime, anywhere.
* Does not slow you down. If we can improve the productivity of an e-mail
user, we better do.
* Respects open standards and facilitates modern technologies. We value
the vendor-neutrality that IMAP provides and are committed to be as
inter-operable as possible.
* Is efficient be it at conserving the network bandwidth, keeping memory
use at a reasonable level or not hogging the system's CPU.
* Can be used on many platforms. One UI is not enough for everyone, but our
IMAP core works fine on anything from desktop computers to cell phones
and big ERP systems.
* Plays well with the rest of the ecosystem. We don't like reinventing wheels,
but when the existing wheels quite don't fit the tracks, we're not afraid
of making them work.
This application is heavily based on Qt and uses WebKit.
