--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Name : R-qtl
Product : Fedora EPEL 6
Version : 1.42.8
Release : 1.el6.1
URL : http://www.rqtl.org/
Summary : Tools for analyzing QTL experiments
Description :
R-qtl is an extensible, interactive environment for mapping
quantitative trait loci (QTLs) in experimental crosses. Our goal is to
make complex QTL mapping methods widely accessible and allow users to
focus on modeling rather than computing.
A key component of computational methods for QTL mapping is the hidden
Markov model (HMM) technology for dealing with missing genotype
data. We have implemented the main HMM algorithms, with allowance for
the presence of genotyping errors, for backcrosses, intercrosses, and
phase-known four-way crosses.
The current version of R-qtl includes facilities for estimating
genetic maps, identifying genotyping errors, and performing single-QTL
genome scans and two-QTL, two-dimensional genome scans, by interval
mapping (with the EM algorithm), Haley-Knott regression, and multiple
imputation. All of this may be done in the presence of covariates
(such as sex, age or treatment). One may also fit higher-order QTL
models by multiple imputation and Haley-Knott regression.

Release : 2.el6.1
URL : https://cran.r-project.org/web/packages/Rcpp/
Summary : Seamless R and C++ Integration
Description :
The Rcpp package provides R functions as well as C++ classes which
offer a seamless integration of R and C++. Many R data types and
objects can be mapped back and forth to C++ equivalents which
facilitates both writing of new code as well as easier integration of
third-party libraries.
Documentation about Rcpp is provided by several vignettes included in
this package, via the Rcpp Gallery site at http://gallery.rcpp.org,
the paper by Eddelbuettel and Francois (2011, JSS), and the book by
Eddelbuettel (2013, Springer).

Name : acme-tiny
Product : Fedora EPEL 7
Version : 4.0.4
Release : 1.el7
URL : https://github.com/diafygi/acme-tiny
Summary : Tiny auditable script to issue, renew Let's Encrypt certificates
Description :
This is a tiny, auditable script that you can throw on your server to issue and
renew Let's Encrypt certificates. Since it has to be run on your server and
have access to your private Let's Encrypt account key, I tried to make it as
tiny as possible (currently less than 200 lines). The only prerequisites are
python and openssl.
Well, that and a web server - but then you only need this with a web server.
This package adds a simple directory layout and timer service that runs
acme_tiny on installed CSRs as the acme user for privilege separation.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Update Information:
Incorporate new upstream release. Split acme_tiny.py into acme-tiny-core
subpackage for use by other frameworks.

Name : gifsicle
Product : Fedora EPEL 7
Version : 1.91
Release : 1.el7
URL : http://www.lcdf.org/gifsicle/
Summary : Powerful program for manipulating GIF images and animations
Description :
Gifsicle is a command-line tool for creating, editing, and getting
information about GIF images and animations.
Some more gifsicle features:
* Batch mode for changing GIFs in place.
* Prints detailed information about GIFs, including comments.
* Control over interlacing, comments, looping, transparency...
* Creates well-behaved GIFs: removes redundant colors, only uses local
color tables if it absolutely has to (local color tables waste space
and can cause viewing artifacts), etc.
* It can shrink colormaps and change images to use the Web-safe palette
(or any colormap you choose).
* It can optimize your animations! This stores only the changed portion
of each frame, and can radically shrink your GIFs. You can also use
transparency to make them even smaller. Gifsicle?s optimizer is pretty
powerful, and usually reduces animations to within a couple bytes of
the best commercial optimizers.
* Unoptimizing animations, which makes them easier to edit.
* A dumb-ass name.
One other program is included with gifsicle
and gifdiff compares two GIFs for identical visual appearance.
