Name : batctl
Product : Fedora EPEL 7
Version : 2018.1
Release : 1.el7
URL : http://www.open-mesh.org/
Summary : B.A.T.M.A.N. advanced control and management tool
Description :
batctl offers a convenient way to configure the batman-adv kernel module
as well as displaying debug information such as originator tables,
translation tables and the debug log. In combination with a bat-hosts
file batctl allows the use of host names instead of MAC addresses.
B.A.T.M.A.N. advanced operates on layer 2. Thus all hosts participating
in the virtual switched network are transparently connected together
for all protocols above layer 2. Therefore the common diagnosis tools
do not work as expected. To overcome these problems batctl contains the
commands ping, traceroute, tcpdump which provide similar functionality
to the normal ping(1), traceroute(1), tcpdump(1) commands, but modified
to layer 2 behavior or using the B.A.T.M.A.N. advanced protocol.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Update Information:
Upstream 2018.1 * synchronization of batman-adv netlink and packet headers *
add DAT cache and multicast flags netlink support * disable translation support
for non-unicast mac addresses

Name : R-qtl
Product : Fedora EPEL 7
Version : 1.42.8
Release : 1.el7.1
URL : http://www.rqtl.org/
Summary : Tools for analyzing QTL experiments
Description :
R-qtl is an extensible, interactive environment for mapping
quantitative trait loci (QTLs) in experimental crosses. Our goal is to
make complex QTL mapping methods widely accessible and allow users to
focus on modeling rather than computing.
A key component of computational methods for QTL mapping is the hidden
Markov model (HMM) technology for dealing with missing genotype
data. We have implemented the main HMM algorithms, with allowance for
the presence of genotyping errors, for backcrosses, intercrosses, and
phase-known four-way crosses.
The current version of R-qtl includes facilities for estimating
genetic maps, identifying genotyping errors, and performing single-QTL
genome scans and two-QTL, two-dimensional genome scans, by interval
mapping (with the EM algorithm), Haley-Knott regression, and multiple
imputation. All of this may be done in the presence of covariates
(such as sex, age or treatment). One may also fit higher-order QTL
models by multiple imputation and Haley-Knott regression.

Name : R-qtl
Product : Fedora EPEL 6
Version : 1.42.8
Release : 1.el6.1

Name : acme-tiny
Product : Fedora EPEL 7
Version : 4.0.4
Release : 1.el7
URL : https://github.com/diafygi/acme-tiny
Summary : Tiny auditable script to issue, renew Let's Encrypt certificates
Description :
This is a tiny, auditable script that you can throw on your server to issue and
renew Let's Encrypt certificates. Since it has to be run on your server and
have access to your private Let's Encrypt account key, I tried to make it as
tiny as possible (currently less than 200 lines). The only prerequisites are
python and openssl.
Well, that and a web server - but then you only need this with a web server.
This package adds a simple directory layout and timer service that runs
acme_tiny on installed CSRs as the acme user for privilege separation.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Update Information:
Incorporate new upstream release. Split acme_tiny.py into acme-tiny-core
subpackage for use by other frameworks.

Name : gifsicle
Product : Fedora EPEL 7
Version : 1.91
Release : 1.el7
URL : http://www.lcdf.org/gifsicle/
Summary : Powerful program for manipulating GIF images and animations
Description :
Gifsicle is a command-line tool for creating, editing, and getting
information about GIF images and animations.
Some more gifsicle features:
* Batch mode for changing GIFs in place.
* Prints detailed information about GIFs, including comments.
* Control over interlacing, comments, looping, transparency...
* Creates well-behaved GIFs: removes redundant colors, only uses local
color tables if it absolutely has to (local color tables waste space
and can cause viewing artifacts), etc.
* It can shrink colormaps and change images to use the Web-safe palette
(or any colormap you choose).
* It can optimize your animations! This stores only the changed portion
of each frame, and can radically shrink your GIFs. You can also use
transparency to make them even smaller. Gifsicle?s optimizer is pretty
powerful, and usually reduces animations to within a couple bytes of
the best commercial optimizers.
* Unoptimizing animations, which makes them easier to edit.
* A dumb-ass name.
One other program is included with gifsicle
and gifdiff compares two GIFs for identical visual appearance.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Name : libidn2
Product : Fedora EPEL 6
Version : 2.0.5
Release : 1.el6
URL : https://www.gnu.org/software/libidn/#libidn2
Summary : Library to support IDNA2008 internationalized domain names
Description :
Libidn2 is an implementation of the IDNA2008 specifications in RFC
5890, 5891, 5892, 5893 and TR46 for internationalized domain names
(IDN). It is a standalone library, without any dependency on libidn.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Update Information:
Libidn 2.0.5 (released 2018-05-18) ================================== *
Switched the default library behavior to IDNA2008 as amended by TR#46 (non-
transitional). That default behavior is enabled when no flags are specified to
function calls. Applications can utilize the %IDN2_NO_TR46 flag to switch to the
unamended IDNA2008. This is done in the interest of interoperability based on
the fact that this is what application writers care about rather than strict
compliance with a particular protocol. * Fixed memleak in
idn2_to_unicode_8zlz(). * Return error (IDN2_ICONV_FAIL) on charset conversion
errors. * Fixed issue with STD3 rules applying in non-transitional TR46 mode.
* idn2: added option --usestd3asciirules.

Name : mbedtls
Product : Fedora EPEL 7
Version : 2.7.3
Release : 1.el7
URL : https://tls.mbed.org/
Summary : Light-weight cryptographic and SSL/TLS library
Description :
Mbed TLS is a light-weight open source cryptographic and SSL/TLS
library written in C. Mbed TLS makes it easy for developers to include
cryptographic and SSL/TLS capabilities in their (embedded)
applications with as little hassle as possible.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Update Information:
Mbed TLS 2.7.3 ============== Security -------- * (2.7, 2.1) Fixed an issue
in the X.509 module which could lead to a buffer overread during certificate
validation. Additionally, the issue could also lead to unnecessary callback
checks being made or to some validation checks to be omitted. The overread could
be triggered remotely, while the other issues would require a non DER-compliant
certificate to be correctly signed by a trusted CA, or a trusted CA with a non
DER-compliant certificate. Found by luocm. Fixes #825. * (2.7, 2.1) Fixed the
buffer length assertion in the ssl_parse_certificate_request() function which
could lead to an arbitrary overread of the message buffer. The overreads could
be caused by receiving a malformed algorithms section which was too short. In
builds with debug output, this overread data was output with the debug data. *
(2.7, 2.1) Fixed a client-side bug in the validation of the server's ciphersuite
choice which could potentially lead to the client accepting a ciphersuite it
didn't offer or a ciphersuite that could not be used with the TLS or DTLS
version chosen by the server. This could lead to corruption of internal data
structures for some configurations. Bugfix ------ * (2.7) Fixed a spurious
uninitialized variable warning in cmac.c. Fix independently contributed by Brian
J Murray and David Brown. * (2.7, 2.1) Added missing dependencies in test
suites that led to build failures in configurations that omit certain hashes or
public-key algorithms. Fixes #1040. * (2.7) Fixed a C89 incompatibility issue
in benchmark.c. Contributed by Brendan Shanks. Fixes #1353. * (2.7, 2.1) Added
missing dependencies for MBEDTLS_HAVE_TIME_DATE and MBEDTLS_VERSION_FEATURES in
some test suites. Contributed by Deomid Ryabkov. Fixes #1299, #1475. * (2.7,
2.1) Fixed the Makefile build process for building shared libraries on Mac OS X.
Fixed by mnacamura. * (2.7, 2.1) Fixed parsing of PKCS#8 encoded Elliptic
Curve keys. Previously Mbed TLS was unable to parse keys which had only the
optional parameters field of the ECPrivateKey structure. Found by Jethro
Beekman, fixed in #1379. * (2.7, 2.1) Added an optimisation to return the
plaintext data more quickly on unpadded CBC decryption, as stated in the
mbedtls_cipher_update() documentation. Contributed by Andy Leiserson. * (2.7,
2.1) Fixed the overriding and ignoring of return values when parsing and writing
to a file in the pk_sign program. Found by kevlut in #1142. * (2.7, 2.1) Fixed
buffer length assertions in the ssl_parse_certificate_request() function which
led to a potential one byte overread of the message buffer. * (2.7, 2.1) Fixed
invalid buffer sizes being passed to zlib during record compression and
decompression. Changes ------- * (2.7) Added support for cmake builds where
Mbed TLS is a subproject. Fix contributed independently by Matthieu Volat and
Arne Schwabe. * (2.7, 2.1) Improved the testing of configurations that omit
certain hashes or public-key algorithms. Includes contributions by Gert van
Dijk. * (2.7, 2.1) Improved negative testing of X.509 parsing. * (2.7, 2.1)
Does not define global mutexes for readdir() and gmtime() in configurations
where the feature is disabled. Found and fixed by Gergely Budai. * (2.7, 2.1)
Provided an empty implementation of mbedtls_pkcs5_pbes2() when
MBEDTLS_ASN1_PARSE_C is not enabled. This allows the use of PBKDF2 without
PBES2. Fixed by Marcos Del Sol Vives. * (2.7, 2.1) Improved the documentation
of mbedtls_net_accept(). Contributed by Ivan Krylov. * (2.7, 2.1) Improved the
documentation of mbedtls_ssl_write(). Suggested by Paul Sokolovsky in #1356. *
(2.7, 2.1) Added an option in the Makefile to support ar utilities where the
operation letter must not be prefixed by '-', such as LLVM. Found and fixed by
Alex Hixon. * (2.7, 2.1) Added the ability to allow configuration of the
shared library extension by setting the DLEXT environment variable when using
the project makefiles. * (2.7, 2.1) Changed the SSL module, such that when
f_send, f_recv or f_recv_timeout report transmitting more than the required
length, they now return an error. Raised by Sam O'Connor in #1245. * (2.7,
2.1) Improved the robustness of mbedtls_ssl_derive_keys() against the use of
HMAC functions with non-HMAC ciphersuites. Independently contributed by Jiayuan
Chen. Fixes #1437.

Name : dislocker
Product : Fedora EPEL 7
Version : 0.7.1
Release : 8.el7
URL : https://github.com/Aorimn/dislocker
Summary : Utility to access BitLocker encrypted volumes
Description :
Dislocker has been designed to read BitLocker encrypted partitions ("drives")
under a Linux system. The driver has the capability to read/write partitions
encrypted using Microsoft Windows Vista, 7, 8, 8.1 and 10 (AES-CBC, AES-XTS,
128 or 256 bits, with or without the Elephant diffuser, encrypted partitions);
BitLocker-To-Go encrypted partitions (USB/FAT32 partitions).
The file name where the BitLocker encrypted partition will be decrypted needs
to be given. This may take a long time, depending on the size of the encrypted
partition. But afterward, once the partition is decrypted, the access to the
NTFS partition will be faster than with FUSE. Another thing to think about is
the size of the disk (same size as the volume that is tried to be decrypted).
Nevertheless, once the partition is decrypted, the file can be mounted as any
NTFS partition and won't have any link to the original BitLocker partition.
