Fedora EPEL 8 Update: rubberband-1.9.0-1.el8

Fedora EPEL Update Notification
FEDORA-EPEL-2020-3d4e57454b

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Name : rubberband
Product : Fedora EPEL 8
Version : 1.9.0
Release : 1.el8
URL : http://www.breakfastquay.com/rubberband/
Summary : Audio time-stretching and pitch-shifting library
Description :
Rubber Band is a library and utility program that permits you to change the
tempo and pitch of an audio recording independently of one another.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Update Information:
Changes in Rubber Band v1.9 * Fix incorrect numbering of pitch speed/quality
flags in the auxiliary C wrapper header. The effect of this was that code
using the C wrapper that intended to select the higher-quality pitch-shift
mode was actually choosing the higher-speed mode, and vice versa. (The third
mode - high-consistency, commonly used in real-time applications - was
correct.) Thanks to Michael Bradshaw for reporting this. * Improve error
handling in command-line utility * Fix failure to build with FFTW_SINGLE_ONLY
defined * Fix some compiler warnings The API is unchanged except for the fix
noted above, as a result of which the minor version number has been increased.
The library is binary compatible with version 1.7.

Fedora EPEL 7 Update: iotop-c-1.15-1.el7

Fedora EPEL Update Notification
FEDORA-EPEL-2020-9235b349a9

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Name : iotop-c
Product : Fedora EPEL 7
Version : 1.15
Release : 1.el7
URL : https://github.com/Tomas-M/iotop/
Summary : Simple top-like I/O monitor (implemented in C)
Description :
iotop-c does for I/O usage what top(1) does for CPU usage. It watches I/O
usage information output by the Linux kernel and displays a table of
current I/O usage by processes on the system. It is handy for answering
the question "Why is the disk churning so much?".
iotop-c requires a Linux kernel built with the CONFIG_TASKSTATS,
CONFIG_TASK_DELAY_ACCT, CONFIG_TASK_IO_ACCOUNTING and
CONFIG_VM_EVENT_COUNTERS config options on.
iotop-c is an alternative re-implementation of iotop in C, optimized for
performance. Normally a monitoring tool intended to be used on a system
under heavy stress should use the least additional resources as
possible.

Fedora EPEL 8 Update: perl-Fsdb-2.71-1.el8

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Fedora EPEL Update Notification
FEDORA-EPEL-2020-dc56dfce78
2020-12-04 00:30:22.313441
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Name : perl-Fsdb
Product : Fedora EPEL 8
Version : 2.71
Release : 1.el8
URL : http://www.isi.edu/~johnh/SOFTWARE/FSDB/
Summary : A set of commands for manipulating flat-text databases from the shell
Description :
FSDB is a package of commands for manipulating flat-ASCII databases from
shell scripts. FSDB is useful to process medium amounts of data (with
very little data you'd do it by hand, with megabytes you might want a
real database). FSDB is very good at doing things like:
- extracting measurements from experimental output
- re-examining data to address different hypotheses
- joining data from different experiments
- eliminating/detecting outliers
- computing statistics on data (mean, confidence intervals,
correlations, histograms)
- reformatting data for graphing programs
Rather than hand-code scripts to do each special case, FSDB provides
higher-level functions than one gets with raw perl or shell scripts.
(Some features: control uses names instead of column numbers,
it is self-documenting, and is robust with good error and memory handling.)
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Update Information:
Some small quality-of-life enhancements and corner-case bugfixes.
