Name : python-blessed
Product : Fedora EPEL 7
Version : 1.17.4
Release : 2.el7
URL : https://github.com/jquast/blessed
Summary : A thin, practical wrapper around terminal capabilities in Python
Description :
Blessed is a thin, practical wrapper around terminal styling, screen
positioning, and keyboard input.
It provides:
- Styles, color, and maybe a little positioning without necessarily clearing
the whole screen first.
- Works great with standard Python string formatting.
- Provides up-to-the-moment terminal height and width, so you can respond
to terminal size changes.
- Avoids making a mess if the output gets piped to a non-terminal: outputs
to any file-like object such as StringIO, files, or pipes.
- Uses the terminfo(5) database so it works with any terminal type and
supports any terminal capability: No more C-like calls to tigetstr and
tparm.
- Keeps a minimum of internal state, so you can feel free to mix and match
with calls to curses or whatever other terminal libraries you like.
- Provides plenty of context managers to safely express terminal modes,
automatically restoring the terminal to a safe state on exit.
- Act intelligently when somebody redirects your output to a file, omitting
all of the terminal sequences such as styling, colors, or positioning.
- Dead-simple keyboard handling: safely decoding unicode input in your
systems preferred locale and supports application/arrow keys.
- Allows the printable length of strings containing sequences to be
determined.

FEDORA-EPEL-2020-f5c065a78d
2020-04-13 14:47:48.478662
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Name : root
Product : Fedora EPEL 7
Version : 6.20.02
Release : 1.el7
URL : https://root.cern/
Summary : Numerical data analysis framework
Description :
The ROOT system provides a set of object oriented frameworks with all
the functionality needed to handle and analyze large amounts of data
in a very efficient way. Having the data defined as a set of objects,
specialized storage methods are used to get direct access to the
separate attributes of the selected objects, without having to touch
the bulk of the data. Included are histogramming methods in an
arbitrary number of dimensions, curve fitting, function evaluation,
minimization, graphics and visualization classes to allow the easy
setup of an analysis system that can query and process the data
interactively or in batch mode, as well as a general parallel
processing framework, PROOF, that can considerably speed up an
analysis.
Thanks to the built-in C++ interpreter cling, the command, the
scripting and the programming language are all C++. The interpreter
allows for fast prototyping of the macros since it removes the, time
consuming, compile/link cycle. It also provides a good environment to
learn C++. If more performance is needed the interactively developed
macros can be compiled using a C++ compiler via a machine independent
transparent compiler interface called ACliC.
The system has been designed in such a way that it can query its
databases in parallel on clusters of workstations or many-core
machines. ROOT is an open system that can be dynamically extended by
linking external libraries. This makes ROOT a premier platform on
which to build data acquisition, simulation and data analysis systems.
