Name : spamassassin-dqs
Product : Fedora EPEL 9
Version : 1.2.1
Release : 1.el9
URL : https://github.com/spamhaus/spamassassin-dqs
Summary : SpamAssassin plugin for Spamhaus Data Query Service (DQS)
Description :
The Spamhaus Data Query Service (DQS) plugin for SpamAssassin enhances
existing functions by checking HELO/EHLO, From, Reply-To, Envelope-From
and Return-Path against Spamhaus DBL/ZRD blacklists. It also scans the
e-mail body for e-mail addresses and performs blacklist lookups against
the domains or its authoritative nameservers. Further checks cover the
reverse DNS matches in DBL/ZRD blacklists or the SBL/CSS lookups for IP
addresses or IP addresses of authoritative nameservers of domains being
part of the e-mail body.
While the DQS usage is free under the same terms like when using public
mirrors (which are shipped in SpamAssassin as default configuration), a
registration procedure for a free DQS key is mandatory nevertheless.

Name : RdRand
Product : Fedora EPEL 9
Version : 2.1.4
Release : 1.el9
URL : https://github.com/jirka-h/RdRand
Summary : Library for generating random numbers using the RdRand instruction on Intel CPUs
Description :
RdRand is an instruction for returning random numbers from an Intel on-chip
hardware random number generator.RdRand is available in Ivy Bridge and later
processors.
It uses cascade construction, combining a HW RNG operating at 3Gbps with CSPRNG
with all components sealed on CPU. The entropy source is a meta-stable circuit,
with unpredictable behavior based on thermal noise. The entropy is fed into
a 3:1 compression ratio entropy extractor (whitener) based on AES-CBC-MAC.
Online statistical tests are performed at this stage and only high quality
random data are used as the seed for cryptographically secure SP800-90 AES-CTR
DRBG compliant PRNG.
This generator is producing maximum of 512 128-bit AES blocks before it's
reseeded. According to documentation the 512 blocks is a upper limit for
reseed, in practice it reseeds much more frequently.

Name : libdispatch
Product : Fedora EPEL 9
Version : 5.5.2
Release : 2.el9
URL : https://github.com/apple/swift-corelibs-libdispatch
Summary : Apple's Grand Central Dispatch library
Description :
Grand Central Dispatch (GCD or libdispatch) provides
comprehensive support for concurrent code execution on
multicore hardware.
libdispatch is currently available on all Darwin platforms.
This project aims to make a modern version of libdispatch
available on all other Swift platforms. To do this, we will
implement as much of the portable subset of the API as
possible, using the existing open source C implementation.
libdispatch on Darwin is a combination of logic in the xnu
kernel alongside the user-space Library. The kernel has the
most information available to balance workload across the
entire system. As a first step, however, we believe it is
useful to bring up the basic functionality of the library
using user-space pthread primitives on Linux. Eventually, a
Linux kernel module could be developed to support more
informed thread scheduling.

Name : libopenmpt
Product : Fedora EPEL 7
Version : 0.6.1
Release : 1.el7
URL : https://lib.openmpt.org/libopenmpt/
Summary : C/C++ library to decode tracker music module (MOD) files
Description :
libopenmpt is a cross-platform C++ and C library to decode tracked music
files (modules) into a raw PCM audio stream.
libopenmpt is based on the player code of the OpenMPT project (Open
ModPlug Tracker). In order to avoid code base fragmentation, libopenmpt is
developed in the same source code repository as OpenMPT.

Update Information:
# libopenmpt 0.6.1 (2022-01-30) * [Bug] Linking libmpg123 no longer fails on
OpenBSD. * [Bug] Possible hang with malformed DMF, DSM, MED, MUS, OKT and
SymMOD files containing 65536 or more patterns when destroying the module. *
[Bug] Avoid NaNs and infinite values with custom tunings and in the I3DL2Reverb
plugin. * MIDI macros are now evaluated when seeking. * The letter z is
now evaluated in fixed MIDI macros (Z80ZFF) the same way as in Impulse Tracker.
* MOD: Loosened VBlank timing heuristics so that frame of mind by Dascon plays
correctly. * MOD: Validate the contents of hidden patterns beyond the end of
the order list when the file size matches the expected size when only taken
official patterns into account. This fixes Shofixti Ditty.mod from Star
Control 2 while keeping other (partly broken) modules working. * MED: Command
20 (reverse sample) is now only applied when its next to a note. * S3M:
Introducing the Send OPL key-off when triggering notes compatibility setting
broke retrigger for OPL notes again (they retriggered rather than not
retriggering). * S3M: Retriggering a note no longer resets its pitch after a
portamento. * S3M: Partially implement retrigger behaviour for stopped notes
in SoundBlaster mode: Like in IT, it is not possible to retrigger a sample that
has already stopped playing. * DIGI: Improve compatibility with E3x reverse
sample command. * DSym: Tempos < 32 were treated as tempo slides. * SymMOD:
Key-off command was not implemented properly.
