lmdb was [retired from EPEL8](https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1833564) because lmdb-libs is in RHEL8. However, several packages still build require lmdb-devel. It has been [requested](https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1972979) for RHEL8 to ship lmdb-devel in CRB, but until that happens we can use this package to satisfy the build requirement. This package is derived from the RHEL8 spec file, but with a different name and without the lmdb-libs subpackage. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- ChangeLog:
