OpenBLAS 0.3.3 reintroduced a crash in multithreaded situations, this update
should resolve it. ---- Update to 0.3.3, reverting thread memory allocation to
earlier scheme. Also adds AVX512 implementations of SDOT, DDOT, SAXPY, DAXPY,
DSCAL, DGEMVN and DSYMVL ---- Honor optimization flags. Patch for the
threading code. ---- common: * fixes for regressions caused by the rewrite
of the thread initialization code in 0.3.1 x86_64: * added autodetection of
AMD Ryzen 2 ---- Update to 0.3.1, see full changelog at
