In this process, the dependency from lmdb-devel to lmdb-libs was turned into lmdb-devel-libs accidentally. I suspect https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/lmdb-epel/blob/epel8/f/lmdb-epel.spec#_45 wants to say 'lmdb' where it says '%{name}', just like it was changed in all other places in the commit linked above.
