Hi folks,
Fedora infrastructure is looking at deploying RabbitMQ, but we'd like to have some of the features that come with Rabbit 3.7 and 3.6 is EOL as of May 1. Fedora currently has 3.6.15 in Rawhide.
I started looking at getting rabbitmq-server updated, but before I get too far along I wanted to ask if there's already been some effort in that area that's just not pushed yet or if there's a reason it's not been upgraded (other than that we're all very busy :).
Thanks, Jeremy

Peter and I have started on this, currently tracking for downstream OSP at:
https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1578884
The main obstacle thus far is upgrading elixir and along with it bringing in rebar3 plus all of the new dependencies they require.
I'm slowly working through it all locally in mock until I have everything accounted for, and then I'll dump a bunch of package reviews for inclusion in rawhide.
eck

Excellent, glad I asked! I'm happy to do help with package reviews when you're ready for them.

I'd also be happy to review a couple or three for you.
Hello All! Finally it's done! Also I'd like to mention that Rawhide contains a very recent Erlang 21 with some IO and scheduling improvements.
