Hi,
I am Naveen and my interests revolve around kernel development, device
drivers and the like. I have been involved with the opensource world
for some time now and I started off with BSD. I have done some work
for NetBSD. Lately, I have been interested in what Linux is doing and
I like Fedora for its simplicity and coherence. Although I have tried
other distributions I think Fedora has a better chance at being
something that is way more accessible and reliable than others.
I come from a communication eng/programming background. I use Fedora
on all my workstations and I work as a kernel developer (although not
linux) in real life. I think I can write C, awk, shell, tcl and some
C++.
I am interested in solving some problems and making some really good
friends along the way. And regarding the hours I am willing to spend,
I like to work on things in which I see potential, and I don't necessarily
care about the hours involved. :)
Since I am new here I am only finding my way around projects. If anyone
here already knows about projects which would possibly suit me, please
send them my way. :)
