We've got two things to discuss at today's meeting:

- the ongoing work with the IRC classrooms.
A status update and call for volunteers.

- planning for the Classroom v2 initiative. 
We're starting from scratch to see what are the first steps we must
take. I was thinking the software side of it is something we should
look at, so we can have a brief discussion on the various platforms and
then take up one or two each to test and report back?
