Absolutely, I have a vision of using Fedora Mobility on recycled smart
phones with a khan academy linux app to help boost education in
economically deprived regions.
This would tackle many problems with one stone. I love Fedora, its the
most stable and reliable linux distro I have ever used and would love to
give back in any way I can. Global consumerism leaves a great deal of
industrial materials in its wake and this is a great way I believe to
harness this by recycling smart phones, tablets and laptops. This could
also help boost compatibility of Fedora Mobility on any given device and
market the name on a global level.

Can you please be more specific about what assistance you are looking
for?
In general, there's no "large scale Fedora support". We're a volunteer
driven community. People volunteer to work on whatever they are
interested in. There's no "hierarchy" where someone decides "we
should
do this" and everyone has to do it---it's all consensus based. One can
propose community level objectives[1], but again, that does not mean
that volunteers can be told what to do---you'll still have to convince
other community members to work with you on your project and so on.
This applies to pretty much everything in the community---package
maintenance, documentation, ambassadorship/outreach, technical
support...

PS: I've subscribed you to the list now, since that is required to post
to the list.
