Hi! I'm Ben. I've been using Fedora in some capacity for around 9 years. I'd like to get involved but I'm not quite sure where to start as there is a lot of information and I'm not sure how up to date it all is.
I'm more interested in the community/co-ordination side of things, as that's where I feel more of my strengths lie. I've been looking at CommOps, but I'm not sure if the info on their join page is still relevant as a few of the links are dead. I'm also interested in design, but one thing at a time :).

We have a "welcome to Fedora" process to help newcomers get started. We file a ticket for you with some initial information that tells you how/when/what/where the Fedora community does things so that you can then see what interests you and how you can jump in.
