LUG in Baramati. Would it please be possible to send them some media if
you have some? I can open the required ticket on the required trac if
you could please guide me to them.

mailing list, which is where discussions for the local area take place.
You will be able to speak to the local ambassadors directly there.

I'm not sure about this - Free media is strictly one media per person -
the team cannot service bulk media requests for events :(
