Introduction: Henry (henrymmey / HenryMM) – Newcomer interested in infrastructure and development

I'm really excited about getting involved with the Fedora Project and wanted to introduce myself to the community. Online, I am usually known as henrymmey or HenryMM.I'm still a beginner and definitely not a pro yet, but I'm eager to learn and contribute where I can.To answer the question of how I learned about Fedora: About two or three years ago, I decided to learn Linux. I started out with Ubuntu, but after looking into other options, I quickly realized that Fedora was just way better for me and became my distro of choice. After a few months that became my main OS. Around one and a half years ago, I started getting deeper into coding and general infrastructure management. That journey naturally brought me to my current interest: Linux development.When it comes to building things, I want to be honest: I don't consider myself a traditional coder who writes complex software from scratch. Instead, I utilize AI tools to assist me. However, I'm not just a "vibe coder" who blindly copy-pastes 20 prompts in a row. I actively think through the architecture, understand the logic behind the code, and manually modify and tweak a lot of it myself to make it fit.That being said, I actually realize that pure coding is less fun for me compared to managing infrastructure, systems, and exploring how everything connects.
