Hi, Thanks for your reply,
I really don't know what reply you are talking about, simply because you removed all context from your email.
I read all the links you provided me and I think I am in the position to contribute to the fedora project. I am not really sure that I have chosen the correct field to contribute, I am a computer science student and my technical skills involve java, functional programming(currently haskell) and of course linux, I am very comfortable to work with the command line. If you can suggest me something to start with I will be grateful. Thanks
See, I might be able to help, but because you removed all context from your email, I don't even know what I had suggested to you in the first place. So if I try suggesting something now, I might just end up repeating what I already told you, which is a waste of time for both of us. :-/
When you reply to emails, make sure you keep the important context in your reply.
Also, please reply to the mailing-list, not to me personally. There are other skilled people on the mailing-list who could help you, it's not a one-man-army. :)
So, to actually answer your question: there is nothing I can suggest for you to work on.
Fedora is a community of **volunteers**, which means everybody work on what they want to work. Nobody assigns work to others.
So the first thing for you to do is to really figure out what you enjoy doing, what you want to bring to Fedora. And then, just start doing it. :)
You mentioned Java and Haskell in your email, so if you haven't found them yet, let me at least give you the wiki pages for the Java and Haskell Special Interest Groups: https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/SIGs/Java https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Haskell_SIG
If you want to, you can join them and help them achieve their goals.
Have a look at the general list of SIGs as well, in case you find something that picks your interest in there: https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Category:SIGs
