[PATCH] Fix CheckDistTag class to use GenericCheckBase parent class.

This patch fixes a regression introduced in 52ed058df9cbfddd4c7b93199693dcb6486711f3
when CheckDistTag was moved from plugins/generic_should.py to plugins/generic.py.
