Hello,

at the moment firewalld does not provide output filtering support. This is 
planned to be added in version 0.5.

You can add rules for output filtering in a zone using the direct interface 
since firewalld version 0.4.0 and up. If the rules are not added to a zone, 
then you can use any firewalld version since 0.2.3.
