Yes, in the sense that it's not really compiled at all. It's written in
python.

Note the "noarch" in all the packages below.

$ dnf search  firewalld
firewalld.noarch
firewalld-filesystem.noarch
python3-firewall.noarch
python-firewall.noarch

$ dnf search  firewall-config
firewall-config.noarch
