Hi,
Some people have already announced that they would like to arrive in the morning, at 9 am or 10 am. Please be aware that the hotel check-in starts at 2 pm. [1] If you are going to arrive before that hour please contact the hotel staff directly or contact me. The hotel staff said that they will try to accept the guests at earlier hour but even if they know that you are going to arrive early it may not be possible to prepare the hotel room for you because the preceding guests are allowed to stay in their rooms until the noon (12 pm).
Regards,
Rafal
Is there a good place near the hotel (bar or coffeeshop or similar, perhaps even with WiFi) that folks could hang out at while waiting for checkin?
cheers, ryanlerch

There is a large shopping center [1] [2] near the hotel (1 km, 1-2 bus stops + free bus available) with several cafes and restaurants inside as well as few more outside the shopping center but near the hotel. Also AFAIK the hotel has its own cafe/restaurant. But with 1.5 million pilgrims in a city at least several thousand of them staying near the hotel may have the same idea to spend their time, get a breakfast etc. so those places may be already full. We can't guess it now, we should check the current situation when we are there and figure out what is most convenient for us/you.
Are you one of those going to arrive in the morning, Ryan?

Rafal

I think I'll be there in the noon or at afternoon. I need to write these things in my agenda really, otherwise I'll forget them :-P
