Please announce people when their talks get accepted

[Baadur Jobava]

It looks like a talk of mine was included in the Flock schedule without
anyone announcing me when it got accepted.

The talk was titled: Globalization in Free Software Communities.

I would appreciate if you send me a mail, call, IRC ping etc. next time.

As it happens, I could not have made it at this date due to busy schedule.

Hope to see you at the next event though.

I dug up the only email I received:

"Thank you for your submission to the Fedora Flock conference.  We had a
great call for papers with strong competition across a variety of topics.
Unfortunately, we were not able to accept your submission, "Globalization
in Free Software communities".
However we hope to still see you at Flock."

So... I don't know what to say.

Unless your name is Adrian Mârza, I think that it was not your talk that 
was accepted, but that of someone else with the same title.

We apologize for the confusion and inconvenience.  That email address is
associated with Adrian's name in our registration database.  The talk
itself should not have appeared on the schedule regardless.

We'll address this on the future and again we apologize for the confusion.
