I omitted sessions where I didn't see a need for a recording or where we
might use alternative equipment which only a few people have experience.
There is a high probability of a proper camera coming to capture things
like the state of the union.
I'm happy to revisit this.

I think you're asking about the A/V training session for volunteers, 
right? That's the Monday night before Flock, so, Aug 28.
