several people were asking me about the hotel and apparently now it is a
good time to reserve a hotel for a lot of people.
So the question is - how many sponsored speakers will be on Flock -
means how many rooms do we need?
For many Flock participants from the United States, this might be the first
time travelling to Europe (or outside of the US if they didn't go to FUDcon
Toronto). What requirements are there for people to be ready to travel
beyond booking tickets? Is a special visa required, who do we need to apply
for them, things like that.

As I mentioned before I'm willing to free my intern Vojtech Trefny from
some of his duties to help out with the website.
Not only is he from Prague, but he's also a skilled web programmer :)
Let me know if you need his help.
Debarshi Ray (cc'd) asked me whether he could still submit a talk for
Flock. The web app has closed submissions already, but I think the
announcement may lead people to believe they still have today to
submit talks ("through April 3"):
Can we adjust the closing time to 2359 UTC today?
