After more discussion at the Flock software meetings, we are down to comparing just Zookeepr (from LCA) and the regcfp app (from GUADEC). Patrick Uiterwijk works on the regcfp app and we agreed to file a number of enhancement/feature issues with him to see how they get handled over the next week or two. At that point we can compare with the zookeepr feature set again, and hopefully present for planners and community. Time frame for Flock software

I wanted to confirm something I think I discussed with either Spot or Ruth earlier, but can't find a record... We are thinking roughly about early December for being able to use new software for Flock. Does that agree with the planning calendar OK?
