Missing Flock CFP template

Hi all,
When going through the Flock CFP, the template for the talk does not
appear by default (you have to change the ticket type to 'default' and
back to 'flock_cfp' for it to appear).
For convenience, I put the template in a Pastebin for you to copy + paste:

I noticed this when going to submit a proposal and thought others might
overlook this as well, since it is not intuitive to make the template
appear.

Flock and design tasks

Hi,
It's two months pre-Flock and the design team only has one ticket - the
website banner for the website. We'll have to create a logo, and I'm
assuming there will be other assets we need to design for the event.
July is a big vacation month, and there's not so much time left even if
that wasn't the case, so to make sure nothing falls on the floor, can
someone let us know what items need to be designed for Flock so we can
work on them?

Speaker prep workshops again this year?

Hi,
Last year, a few people from the RH Brno office ran a speaker workshop
for accepted speakers to practice their talks or sessions with an
audience (in-person or remote) before Flock. I was curious if there are
plans to organize this again – we were considering to run something
similar and I didn't want to step on toes if there were plans to do this
again.
