Sorry, the calculation was done the wrong way around (multiplication
instead of division).
This is now fixed.
Thanks for the fix Patrick. One more thing: can the fee be rounded
somehow ? Currently it shows for Czech Republis i.e.
$1.6447368421052633 , which will be hard to pay exactly :)
