Our recommended hotel is the Hotel Diplomat, Evropská 15, a 10-minute walk from the conference venue. Room rate for a single or double (two twin beds) is 90 €.

• As with most hotels, you will need a credit card to make the reservation, but it won’t be charged until after the stay. Cancellation between 9 to 4 days prior to arrival will be charged the first night. Cancellations within 3 days prior to arrival and no shows will be charged full stay.
• Remember that if you are subsidized (likely all speakers; schedule to be released soon), you will be expected to share a room.

The secondary, significantly cheaper option is to stay in nearby dormitories. To book a double room in Dormitory Sinkuleho (16,5 €/ night), please email Kveta Mrstikova with your request.

Do not wait until the last minute to book your room. If you plan to go to Flock, you should book your room now. Last year, many found when they waited until the last minute, the room blocks were full, and they had to find other options on their own. This could be even more challenging in Prague, so do not wait. If you are waiting for the announcement of speakers, this should happen by May 23.
