Is there any place where we can provide input on considerations that
could be important for finalizing the date?  It would be great not to
demoralize the planners by not giving input in time.  Some
considerations I had in mind:

* Potential release dates for F21
  (I've heard "not before August," but if it's in August then an
  August 8-11 date at least might be crazy)

* Any colliding conferences or events we want to schedule around
  (I'd love to see some folks around Flock who couldn't make it last
  year due to GUADEC)

* The fiscal quarter at Red Hat which can affect our planning for
  funds -- note that we are in the midst of planning budget right now
  for FY 2015 (March 2014 - February 2015), so this could be critical
  :-)

* Summer plans for those in EU, which are very important to many
  contributors both with and without families :-)
