Awesome!

I have added text to the roomplan marking this room as "Free Room for ad-hoc hacking & discussions"

I have also updated the schedule pages changing Rembrandt to "OpenQA".

A quick list of what I still need so i can add it to the booklet:

* Updated and approved text for the "welcome to flock" page -- currently this is just last years text, changing "third flock" to "fourth flock" -- it might be nice to have some fresh words here. Details on the keynotes were also put in here last year as well as in the schedule page
* Review of the Code of Conduct to see that it is all correct and current. (This was just copied from last year, but a proofread would be great, don't want typos in there)
* Double check the Need help section (phone numbers etc)
* Additional details on the evening events - mainly the where people should meet and when.
* Someone to doublecheck the schedule, especially if things have changed. This is all done by hand, so any changes in the schedule on sched will not show up here.
* Need details on the keynotes and speakers to put in the schedule.
* Need the link for the flock attandance Fedora Badge, so we can shorten it, and make it into a QRcode to put on the back page.

Also, we currently have 3 Notes pages, which are just filler pages for the time being, so we have 3 more possible pages of content if we need them.

ryanlerch

I think that's a good idea, Brian. Let's just spell that out re: Malczewski

Thanks!
I have updated the booklet further, adding the sponsor's logos and the one ad we have (thanks Spot for these!).

I also did up a quick mudmap of the rooms layout (i think) -- the hotel website didnt have a floorplan as such, just a kinda- 3d image of the layout, so i just turned that into a floorplan as best i could.

Should we label Malczewski with something so people know it is a chill/hallway track room?

I have also added the details of the evening events that were on the wikipage, but these def need more information (added notes to the wikipage with what is needed), but basically these pages need to tell people where to be and when for the events. The booklet tends to be the main way people get this information about the evening events, so we really need it in there.

Other than that, a review and proofing of the schedule and all the other information would be awesome. There is a printable version of the booklet here (print double sided, and it shold jsut fold neatly) -- but it is formatted for an a4 page, so it might print out a bit choopped on US letter.

cheers,

As far as I can see, Brian has already corrected the emergency phone
number and added much more valuable info, and the room names are not
there. Not much left to be fixed.
