We have a couple of options and I suggest we do this:
 
Close the Malczewski room at 4:30 pm and ask the hotel to set up tables
around the room for the games.  Once they are done DKIP can load in.
Ideally they are done around 6:30 pm and ready to go.
 
The board games will be played in Rembrandt/Monet.
 
Does this work for everyone?
