By deadlines, you have run out of time. We have already extended the deadline once.

Realistically, however, the only bid currently made (Toulouse) does not have prices listed on the proposed venues. So until they or I or someone else comes up with a viable bid, you still have time.

The French team wondered if a new deadline was planned. We have some venues in waiting which could be added in our proposal. We need this information to know if it is worth continuing discussion with them or not.
And if we have a precise time, we could get organize to improve our proposal until this deadline.
