I agree for another reason. If we have traditionally done this, it is
a bit late in the game to tell sponsors we aren't anymore. We can do
so for the next FLOCK starting out before we try to find sponsors.
Nothing makes sponsors more likely to pull funding or not fund in the
future than surprises late or after they have committed.




I would strongly advise against cutting sponsor logos on shirts. That is a very standard offering for event sponsors across events. Yes, we're marketing them, but that's why they're paying sponsorship money--to be recognized for the contributions in a tangible marketing way.
