conference and have 4-5 tracks of smaller talks/workshops/sessions there
on the day #2, 3, and 4. We would avoid the inconvenient pendling
between the buildings and also save money because we could rent the big
rooms for just one day.
I don't think the budget difference is a big deal. We've ended up having to
pay for space the last few years anyway. I agree with fewer tracks at one
time, but not down to only two, and I definitely don't like having a day
specifically for "the important talks."
