Ryan Lerch is working on the booklet IIRC. He should chime in here,
but I'm guessing end of next week would work. He is traveling
starting on August 18 and needs time to include the intro in his
overall formatting work.

Yes! I should have a draft with the current text suggestions ready to go by the middle of the week for futher changes and tweaks to be worked out by early next week (week starting the 14th)
