This is a reasonable explanation but if possible I'd rather
recommend a solution protecting people's privacy.
The food will be provided by the hotel's own restaurant.
They are professionals so I believe they will handle all
food requirements better than anyone of us can think.
However, if an impossible thing happens and anyone is left
without food for whatever reason, do not hesitate to ask me
for help. There's always a solution.
How are the food ordering and dietary restrictions being handled (eg
bagged
lunches and when theyre gone thats it? Or made to order - less of an issue.)
As I said in another thread, it's going to be a hot buffet.
We are collecting dietary info in the registration iirc so just
wondering what
we actually do w it [...]
Please pass this information (number of vegetarian, vegan, special
diet due to medical reasons) to the hotel staff as they need it already.
As I said, they are ready to handle some vegetarian people but they
want to know more details to make sure they will satisfy everyone.
Does anybody know the food situation?
I thought I should ask this question. :-) Here I've published
whatever I have known so far but I will also appreciate more
up to date info.
