Hello.
Best way would probably be, once we know how many talks we have
(talks/workshops, etc) assign X rooms to each topic. Ex, if there are more
workshop submissions, then 4 rooms for it (that would be about 12/16
sessions), 2 for talks and 2 for sprints/others.
However, would be a good idea to create a calendar (either spreadsheet
or anything) just to make sure that rooms fit what has been submitted.
