Stupid oversight on my part.  I'm fixing this with Patrick as we
speak.  We'll commute all the existing sizes to "Mens <whatever>,"
then let registrants know they can edit to choose the correct size
once the list is fixed.

I don't know whether we have a vendor identified yet, but if so Ruth
reminded me also we should get a sizing chart URL up as well.
