Thank you for fixing this immediately, Josh. However, today we have spotted another problem. One of the venues is labeled "openQA". Clicking it deeper reveals some substrings "Rembrandt" so one can guess this is what you meant. However, this should be fixed because it leads to confusion. Also we must be sure rather than guessing.
We are sure.
Suse is a sponsor of the Flock conference at the level that allows them to name a room. [...]
Ah, that explains. I did not know and neither did the hotel staff. I guess it's OK to pass this information to them so I will do it.
I can remove the Rembrandt substring if you'd like, but the room will need to have a sign calling it the openQA room.
This may be a good idea due to the respect to the sponsor. Otherwise the issue is explained.
Regarding our confusion during today's phone talk, please tell the hotel staff about the progress of the conference planning directly or tell me. They wanted to know the schedule of the conference so I directed them to the schedule page. (This is a message to whole Flock planning staff, not just you, Josh.)
The schedule is what we have in terms of how the venues will be used for talks and workshops. However, we have two other rooms reserved that aren't listed on the schedule because they'll be used for a staff room and a quiet space.
I'm not sure why the hotel wants the schedule. As I understood things, our contract has the rooms reserved for all the days. Brian is our contact point with the hotel.
