another idea for next flock
I think it's nice to close the last day with an everyone-there joint
session. It could be the last keynote, but everyone is tired by then.
This could be the Council panel, but I'm not sure that would be the
best as the last. How about we do lightning talks then? These could be
mostly pre-planned submitted short talks, with a few slots left open
for on-the-fly inspiration.
