Thanks for the fix Patrick. One more thing: can the fee be rounded
somehow ? Currently it shows for Czech Republis i.e.
$1.6447368421052633 , which will be hard to pay exactly :)

So, I'm terrible at economics and had read the table I got incorrectly.
I'm now fixing this code.
Do note that it will be rounded in the final amount, but sure :)
